Like "Fever," which it nods to, this early R&B track describes how love can make you shiver, shake, and feel generally out of control: "When ya take me in your arms / To talk romance / My heart starts doin' the St. Vitas dance."  He's a wreck — a shipwreck!  He's a shorn Samson!  A bumping sax interplaying with electric bass gives this song a bumping groove that gets your hips shakin'.
