Over a killer, disco-funk groove with lots of synths, McRae belts out a powerful, impassioned vocal, a plea to a lover who has turned away. "Your love has taken control of my mind / Now you wanna just leave me behind." It's a soulful, danceable slice of disco, but for me runs out its welcome at four minutes, with much of that time taken up with the title repeated ad nauseam. Perfect for moving your hips on the dance floor while coked to the gills, however, I would suppose.
